Prosecco growing rates will keep increasing only for high quality wines (DOCG), not for entry/basic wines which is reducing growing rate. Organic wine market will arrive at 9% of sales. Future challengings: reducing volumes trends, excise duty increasing, brexit, gen z (social media, image conscious, willingness to experiment, experience driven) . UK market remains important being ii in the world for import of still wines after Germany and ii in the world for import of sparkling wines after U.S.
