Service temperature 14-18 °C. Colour Intense straw yellow, an expression of the golden grape and of its full ripening. Fragrance: fruit in liquor infusion and light honey glints and candied fruit. Flavour: supple and firm, according to the warm and persistent traditional fermentations.
Dark, golden and brilliant, as due to its limited maceration (skin contact) and its tradition; intensively scented, fruity, spiced, with an elegant finish of tangerine zest and eucalyptus, very balsamic, which opens the nostrils. Mouth is tasty, juicy and wide, with a correct dry finish which naturally leads to the following glass.
